OCD Approval of the Request for Fund Assistance of LGUs Under the P1.1 Billion Local Affirmative Action Component of the LGSEF

Forwarded herewith is Resolution No. OCD-2001-030, as adopted by the Oversight Committee on Devolution on March 15, 2001, approving the list of requests for fund assistance of various LGUs under the P1.1 Billion Local Affirmative Action Component of the LGSEF.
Pursuant to said resolution, which was further approved by the President, the Secretary of Budget and Management is directed to effect the release of the individual share of LGUs concerned as specified in the approved list and in accordance with the pertinent OCD and DBM guidelines.
Furthermore, the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government, the Secretary of Finance and the Head, OCD Secretariat are hereby requested to monitor project implementation by concerned LGUs and to take appropriate measures to ensure their compliance with the pertinent guidelines promulgated by the OCD.
