Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 363-2022 dated 28 December 2022 (Re: 2022 PHILJA Training Needs Survey), all judges were directed to accomplish the subject online survey from 27 December 2022 to 06 January 2023 through the Philippine Judiciary 365 Microsoft Teams Channel using the link https://forms.office.com/r/a5Kttb1q25. However, the database of responses indicates that there are several judges who have not yet accomplished the survey.
In this regard, all judges of the first and second level courts who have not yet accomplished the online Training Needs Survey are MANDATED to accomplish the said survey using the provided link on or before 17 January 2023.
