REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8947

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MOSTRO, MUNICIPALITY OF ANILAO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Mostro, Municipality of Anilao, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Mostro National High School. CEHcSI

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take such steps as may be necessary for the immediate implementation of this Act so as to make the school operating during the first year after the effectivity of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SEIcAD

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
