Republic Act No. 8934, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Calubcob I National High School in Barangay Calubcob I, Municipality of San Juan, Batangas. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with implementing the provisions of this Act. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the following year and beyond. The Act took effect upon its approval and was officially published in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8934
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CALUBCOB I, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, BATANGAS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Calubcob I National High School in Barangay Calubcob I, Municipality of San Juan, Batangas is hereby established.
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. EcDATH
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
