REPUBLIC ACT NO. 510
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANDAN, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment of a National Agricultural School in the municipality of Pandan, Province of Antique. cdt
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall locate and acquire a suitable site for the said school, which may be public or private lands situated in the Province of Antique.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
