Grant of Franchise to Pandan, Antique (Electric Light, Heat and Power System)
Act No. 4021, approved on December 8, 1932, grants the Municipality of Pandan in the Province of Antique a fifty-year franchise to construct, operate, and maintain an electric light, heat, and power system. ACT NO. 4021
AN ACT GRANTING TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANDAN, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, A FRANCHISE TO INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN AN ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM
SECTION 1. Subject to the rules and conditions established in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-six, there is hereby granted to the municipality of Pandan, Province of Antique, for a period of fifty years from the approval of this Act, the right, privilege and authority to construct, maintain and operate an electric light, heat and power system for the purpose of generating and distributing electric light, heat and power, for sale within the limits of the said municipality of Pandan, Province of Antique, Philippine Islands.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
