Nanan National High School in Barangay Nanan, Payao, Zamboanga del Sur
Republic Act No. 8665, enacted on June 25, 1998, establishes the Nanan National High School in Barangay Nanan, Municipality of Payao, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8665
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE NANAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY NANAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PAYAO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision and control of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Nanan National High School in Barangay Nanan, Municipality of Payao, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
