LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 886

In view of the urgent representations made by several Municipal Mayors for the amendment of LOI 756 to include them as members of the Monitoring and Supervising Teams for provincial, district and city levels and considering that the inclusion of these local officials in the said Teams whenever barangay road and bridge projects pertaining to their respective municipalities are involved would give them more participation, greater commitment and incentive for the speedy, effective and efficient implementation of barangay projects within their respective municipalities, LOI 756 is hereby amended to include Municipal Mayors as members of the Monitoring and Supervising Teams in the provincial, district and city levels whenever barangay road and bridge projects pertaining to their respective municipalities are involved. cd
This letter of instruction shall take effect immediately.
