PROCLAMATION NO. 2465
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2221 DATED JULY 14, 1982 WHICH DECLARED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN AS PALAWAN FLORA, FAUNA AND WATERSHED RESERVE, BY MODIFYING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL AREA DESIGNATED AS PARCEL II
Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development, duly concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 2221, dated July 14, 1982, by modifying the boundaries of the Palawan Flora, Fauna and Watershed Reserve to include additional area designated as Parcel II with technical descriptions, to wit:
Beginning at a point designated as Corner 1 which is identical to Corner 4 of Proclamation No. 2221;
thence S 60 deg. W, 4,100 meters to corner 2;
thence N 21 deg. W, 5,050 meters to corner 3;
thence N 23 deg. E, 4,130 meters to corner 4;
thence N 88 deg. E, 6,340 meters to corner 5;
thence S 79 deg. W, 4,900 meters to corner 6;
thence S 06 deg. E, 3,140 meters to corner 7;
thence S 29 deg. E, 2,195 meters to corner 1;
the point of beginning containing an area of THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (3,224) hectares, more or less, shown and more particularly described in the Bureau of Forest Development Map approved for this purpose, subject to private rights, if any there be, as well as to future precise survey.
