Loctuga National High School in Barangay Loctuga, Libacao, Aklan
Republic Act No. 8766, enacted on March 28, 2000, establishes the Loctuga National High School in the Barangay of Loctuga, Municipality of Libacao, Province of Aklan. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, which is tasked with issuing necessary regulations for its establishment. Funding for the school will be allocated in the General Appropriations Act for the following year and beyond. The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8766
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAY OF LOCTUGA, MUNICIPALITY OF LIBACAO, PROVINCE OF AKLAN TO BE KNOWN AS THE LOCTUGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Libacao, Province of Aklan to be known as the Loctuga National High School.
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
