Limiting the Rate of Salary or Wage of an Employee or Laborer Employed Under Act No. 4111
Commonwealth Act No. 165, enacted on November 9, 1936, establishes salary limitations for employees and laborers of the Government Marine Railway and Repair Shops, as specified in Act No. 4111. COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 165
AN ACT LIMITING THE RATE OF SALARY OR WAGE WHICH AN EMPLOYEE OR LABORER OF THE GOVERNMENT MARINE RAILWAY AND REPAIR SHOPS EMPLOYED UNDER ACT NUMBERED FORTY-ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN MAY RECEIVE
SECTION 1. Unless otherwise specifically provided in the annual Appropriation Act, no employee or laborer of the Government Marine Railway and Repair Shops employed under Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eleven shall be paid more than ten pesos per day or more than two hundred and fifty pesos per month. TDSICH
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
