Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows: AICEDc
"A.M. No. 10-9-11-SC (Re: Letter of Mr. Florante Q. Suarez Requesting for Review of the Constitutionality of the Salary Standardization Law III). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the 2nd Indorsement dated June 21, 2011 of Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez, referring the Indorsement dated June 7, 2011 of Atty. Maria Charina Buena-Dy Po, Director IV/Technical Staff of the Department of Justice, relative to the letter-request of Mr. Florante Q. Suarez; and
(b) EXPUNGE from the records the aforesaid Letter-Request dated May 27, 2011 of Mr. Florante Q. Suarez." Peralta, J., on official leave. (76a)
