The Department of Health is spearheading the creation of the Human Resources for Health (HRH) Network, composed of different agencies and non-government organizations. HRH Network aims to address issues and problems pertaining to human resources for health management and development. The launching of the HRH Network and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding will be on October 25, 2006 at 3:00 pm-5:00 pm, Manila Pavilion, United Nations, Manila. THaAEC
In this connection, the above mentioned departments and offices are hereby authorized to attend the launching of said HRH Network, on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries.
