REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8662
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE LAS SALINAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LAS SALINAS, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOAY, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Las Salinas, Municipality of Loay, Province of Bohol, to be known as the Las Salinas National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4 . This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on June 25, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
