Conversion of Las Piñas North Municipal High School in Las Piñas, Metro Manila into Las Piñas North National High School

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LAS PIÑAS NORTH MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PULANGLUPA II, MUNICIPALITY OF LAS PIÑAS, METRO MANILA, INTO AN INDEPENDENT HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAS PIÑAS NORTH NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Las Piñas North Municipal High School in Barangay Pulanglupa II, Las Piñas, Metro Manila, shall be converted into an independent high school to be known as the Las Piñas North National High School.
SECTION 2. All the assets, movable and immovable, records and personnel of the Las Piñas North Municipal High School, as well as its liabilities or obligations, are hereby transferred to the Las Piñas North National High School: Provided, however, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of personnel therein employed under existing laws are not impaired. cdt
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
