Kuya National High School in Barangay Kuya, Maramag, Bukidnon
Republic Act No. 8915, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Kuya National High School in Barangay Kuya, Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Act. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act starting the year after its enactment. The Act takes effect upon approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8915
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KUYA, MUNICIPALITY OF MARAMAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KUYA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Kuya, Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, to be known as the Kuya National High School. AHacIS
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. CSIDEc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
