REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5068
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF HOME INDUSTRIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARAMAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUKIDNON NATIONAL SCHOOL OF HOME INDUSTRIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of home industries in the Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, to be known as Bukidnon National School of Home Industries. acd
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
