Kapangan Central National High School in Barangay Kapangan Central, Kapangan, Benguet
Republic Act No. 8839, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Kapangan Central National High School in Barangay Kapangan Central, Municipality of Kapangan, Province of Benguet. This school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing necessary regulations for effective implementation. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act starting the year after the law's enactment. The Act takes effect upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8839
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAPANGAN CENTRAL, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPANGAN, PROVINCE OF BENGUET TO BE KNOWN AS THE KAPANGAN CENTRAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports a national high school in Barangay Kapangan Central, Municipality of Kapangan, Province of Benguet to be known as the Kapangan Central National High School. cECTaD
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. HCITAS
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
