REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8515
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JIMENEZ, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JIMENEZ NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school to be located in Barangay Corrales in the Municipality of Jimenez, Province of Misamis Occidental, to be known as the Jimenez National Comprehensive High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the Jimenez National Comprehensive High School in operation the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
