Conversion of Moscoso Rios Brgy. High School in Hamtic, Antique into Gov. Villavert Jimenez National School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 575, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Moscoso Rios Barangay High School in Hamtic, Antique, into a national high school, named the Governor Villavert Jimenez National School. The school's operations for the current fiscal year will be funded by local funds and national aid. Future funding requirements will be addressed in upcoming General Appropriations Acts. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE MOSCOSO RIOS BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAMTIC, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GOVERNOR VILLAVERT JIMENEZ NATIONAL SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Moscoso Rios Barangay High School in the Municipality of Hamtic, Province of Antique, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Governor Villavert Jimenez National School. casia
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its shares of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
