Batas Pambansa Blg. 142, enacted on February 8, 1982, converts the Fabrica Barangay High School in Hamtik, Antique, into a national school named the General Leandro Fullon National School. The Ministry of Education and Culture is tasked with overseeing the conversion and operation of the school. An allocation of two hundred thousand pesos for the school's operations in fiscal year 1981 is provided from existing appropriations for new national schools. The Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 21, 1982.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE FABRICA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAMTIK, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GENERAL LEANDRO FULLON NATIONAL SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Fabrica Barangay High School in the Municipality of Hamtik, Province of Antique, is hereby converted into a national school to be known as General Leandro Fullon National School.
SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education and Culture is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion, operation and immediate implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school for fiscal year 1981 shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
