Janiuay National Comprehensive High School in Janiuay, Iloilo
Republic Act No. 8433, enacted on December 15, 1997, establishes the Janiuay National Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Janiuay, Iloilo. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with implementing the establishment of the school. Funding for the school's operations will be included in the General Appropriations Act following its enactment. This Act became law without the President's signature, in accordance with constitutional provisions.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8433
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE JANIUAY NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JANIUAY, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JANIUAY NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established the Janiuay National Comprehensive High School to be located in the Municipality of Janiuay, Iloilo.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take such measures as are necessary to establish the Janiuay National Comprehensive High School. cd
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
