LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 342

Pending appointment of the Presidential Assistants whose positions were created under Presidential Decree No. 831, dated November 27, 1975, the following interim arrangements are hereby authorized:
1. Presidential Executive Assistant Jacobo C. Clave shall exercise the powers and functions normally performed by the former Executive Secretary, including authority to sign corresponding official communications;
2. Presidential Assistant Juan C. Tuvera shall exercise the powers and functions normally performed by the former Deputy Executive Secretary and the Assistant Executive Secretaries, including authority to sign corresponding official communications; and
3. Presidential Finance Adviser Cesar A. Dumlao shall exercise powers and the functions involving budget and financial matters heretofore performed by the Deputy Executive Secretary, including authority to sign corresponding official communications.
