LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 777

| Director General, National Intelligence and Security Authority (NISA); |
It is hereby ordered that all intelligence operations conducted by your Office should be coordinated with the National Intelligence and Security Authority (NISA). Whatever is the nature of the operations, the Ministries, Bureaus, Offices or Corporations concerned, must clear first their operations with the National Intelligence and Security Authority which in turn, will render a report thereon direct to the President.
