Increase in Monthly Base Pay of Enlisted Men of AFP Regular Force

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3460

AN ACT INCREASING THE MONTHLY BASE PAY OF ENLISTED MEN OF THE REGULAR FORCE OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION FOUR OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED EIGHTEEN HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE

SECTION 1.Section four of Republic Act Numbered Eighteen hundred thirty-one, otherwise known as the "Enlisted Men's Pay and Allowance Act of 1957," is amended to read as follows: casia

"Sec. 4.The monthly base pay of enlisted men of the Regular Force shall not be less than the following:

"(a)	E-7	P175.00
"(b)	E-6	165.00
"(c)	E-5	155.00
"(d)	E-4	145.00
"(e)	E-3	140.00
"( f)	E-2	135.00
"(g)	E-1	130.00"

SECTION 2.There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty-four million pesos to carry out the provisions of this Act. acd

 

SECTION 3.This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-two.
