Increase in Bed Capacity of Roxas Medicare Hospital in Roxas, Palawan
Republic Act No. 7538, enacted on May 22, 1992, increases the bed capacity of the Roxas Medicare Hospital in Palawan from 15 to 25 beds and upgrades it to a district hospital, now known as the Roxas District Hospital. The necessary funding for this expansion will be allocated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following the law's enactment. The act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 29, 1992.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7538
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ROXAS MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ROXAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Roxas Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds and upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Roxas District Hospital.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
