REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7242
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MALITA MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Malita Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
