Increase in Bed Capacity of Guihulngan Emergency Hospital in Negros Oriental
Republic Act No. 4102, approved on June 19, 1964, increases the bed capacity of the Guihulngan Emergency Hospital in Negros Oriental from 25 to 50 beds. The funding for this expansion and the hospital's ongoing operations will adhere to the guidelines set by the Hospital Financing Act, with necessary funds allocated in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act will take effect immediately upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4102
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF GUIHULNGAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATIONS OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Guihulngan Emergency Hospital is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty.
SECTION 2. The financing of this hospital shall be in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. The necessary sums for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
