REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7240
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BAYAWAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Bayawan District Hospital in the Municipality of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
