REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7540
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF DANAO CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN DANAO CITY, PROVINCE OF CEBU, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Danao City Emergency Hospital in Danao City , Province of Cebu, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty beds (50) beds. cd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
