REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6188
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF BATAC GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Batac General Hospital in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby increased from fifty beds to one hundred beds.
SECTION 2. Such sums as may be needed for the operation of the additional facilities shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act: Provided, That no portion of the appropriation shall be transferred.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
