REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7327
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BALINGASAG MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALINGASAG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Balingasag Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Balingasag, Province of Misamis Oriental, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
