Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated July 1, 2008:

"Bar Matter No. 1949. — Re: Clarification on the Inclusion of Labor Law Review and Taxation Law Review in the Refresher Course. — Acting on the Letter dated May 21, 2008 of Dean Willard B. Riano, College of Law, San Sebastian College Recoletos, the Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to

(a)  INCLUDE Labor Law Review and Taxation Law Review in the refresher courses offered by law schools; and

(b)  STRICTLY IMPLEMENT the requirement to include the said review subjects in the 2009 Bar Examinations." AcHaTE
