RESOLUTION
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 09-5-2-SC (In the Matter of the Brewing Controversies in the Elections in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Atty. Marven B. Daquilanea, Movant-Intervenor) and A.C. No. 8292 (Attys. Martial M. Magsino, Manuel M. Maramba and Nasser Marohomsalic vs. Attys. Rogelio A. Vinluan, Abelardo C. Estrada, Bonifacio T. Barandon, Jr., Evergisto S. Escalon and Raymund Jorge A. Mercado). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) GRANT the Motion for Leave of Court to Intervene and to Admit Comment-in-Intervention with Motion for Early Resolution dated June 23, 2011 filed by counsel for Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Capiz Chapter;
(b) NOTE the aforesaid Comment-in-Intervention with Motion for Early Resolution; and
(c) NOTE the Letter dated June 28, 2011 of Justice Santiago M. Kapunan (Ret.), Officer-in-Charge, IBP, informing the Court that his tenure as Officer-in-Charge of the IBP pursuant to Supreme Court Resolution dated July 14, 2009 ended last June 30, 2011; that the duly elected 2011-2013 Board of Governors headed by the Incoming National President Atty. Roan I. Libarios assume office on July 1, 2011; and that in simple ceremonies held last June 27, 2011, they turned over the mantle of leadership to Atty. Roan I.
