Improvement of Country's International and Domestic Airport Security System

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 361
CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY TASK FORCE TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH STUDY TO IMPROVE THE COUNTRY'S INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC AIRPORT SECURITY SYSTEM
There is hereby created an Inter-Agency Task Force to conduct a thorough study on how to improve the country's international and domestic airport security system so as to ensure the safety of air travellers. The Task Force shall likewise prepare a comprehensive plan for the effective and efficient implementation of the airport security system.
The Task Force shall be composed of the following:

The Task Force shall submit a monthly progress report to the Office of the President, through the Office of the Executive Secretary. The first progress report shall be submitted within thirty (30) days from the issuance of this Order and the plan not later than 30 June 1996.
