The officers and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold meetings on HMO Updates and Hazard Pay for Judges on the following dates and at the following venues:

December 10, 2019 (for Visayas Judges) |

Casa Real (Old Capitol Building) Iloilo City |
|
December 3, 2019 (for Mindanao Judges) |

Marcian Garden, Palacio del Sur Hotel, Zamboanga City |
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings in their respective areas on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.
Judge Maria Paz R. Reyes-Yson, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meetings with complete lists of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
