| SUBJECT | : | Guidelines in the Deposit of Collections for the Land Registration Authority and Dangerous Drugs Board |
Relative to Treasury Circular No. 2-2022 dated 31 May 2022 of the Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), all clerks of court/acting clerks of court/officers-in-charge of the single sala and multiple sala courts shall OBSERVE the following in the deposit of collections for the Land Registration Authority and Dangerous Drugs Board:
1. The Oncoll Payment Slip of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) shall be USED and duly accomplished.
2. The collections for the Land Registration Authority pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1529 shall be DEPOSITED to the New LBP Clearing Account Number 3402-2849-42 under the Account Name "BTr-Land Registration Authority-SAGF."

3. The collections for the Dangerous Drugs Board pursuant to Republic Act No. 9165 shall be DEPOSITED to the New LBP Clearing Account Number 3402-2847-21 under the Account Name "BTr-Dangerous Drugs Board-SAGF."

4. The Unified Account Code Structure (UACS) Organization Code 290010000000 of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and the Lower Courts (SC of the Phil. and the Lower Courts) shall be USED in the "Reference Number 1" field of the Oncoll Payment Slip.
5. The National Collecting Officer (NCO) Code provided by the BTr shall be USED in the "Reference Number 2" field of the Oncoll Payment Slip.
6. All other matters and procedures including the reporting of collections and deposits shall remain the same.
