In view of the subsequent declaration of Leyte Governor Leopoldo Dominico Petilla of 15-16 January 2015 as non-working holidays in Leyte Province, the coverage of OCA Circular No. 03-2015, in relation with Administrative Order No. 03-2015 of the Honorable Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P. A. Sereno, is hereby expanded to include the entire Province of Leyte on 15-17 January 2015.
