REPUBLIC ACT NO. 963
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO COLONEL PEDRO DIAZ DULAY
SECTION 1. Colonel Pedro Diaz Dulay is hereby granted Philippine citizenship. cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
