AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
