Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated January 17, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 07-5-10-SC (Re: General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2007 [R.A. No. 9401]) and A.M. No. 07-8-3-SC (Re: Query on the Effect of the Ten Percent [10%] Salary Increase under Executive Order No. 611 on the SAJ of Justices, Judges and Court Officials with Equivalent Rank of Court of Appeals Justices or Regional Trial Court Judges). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated January 3, 2012 of the Regular Members of the Judicial and Bar Council, requesting that they be extended the benefits of the resolution dated June 7, 2011, namely: Justice Regino C.
