DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1986 AS A WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION
WHEREAS, the bicentennial anniversary of the foundation of the municipality of San Fernando, Province of La Union falls on Monday, February 10, 1986; and
WHEREAS, The people therein desire to commemorate this milestone in the history of their town with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by laws, do hereby declare Monday, February 10, 1986, as a working special public holiday in the municipality of San Fernando, Province of La Union.
