In line with the government's policy of providing socialized price of transport fares for mass commuters and considering that the reasons and justifications for the issuance of Letter of Instruction No. 280 providing for a program of special assistance to bus and jeepney operators, fishing boats (below 3 gross tons) which belong to duly registered fishing cooperatives and rice and corn haulers duly registered with the National Grains Authority are still prevailing to date, the effectivity of the aforesaid Letter of Instructions is hereby extended for a period of forty-five (45) days ending September 30, 1975.
