CHED MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-08

In accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the "Higher Education Act of 1994" and pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 566 directing the Commission on Higher Education to regulate the establishment and operation of review centers and similar entities and by virtue of CHED En Banc Resolution No. 216-2008 dated May 5, 2008, extension of the deadline for another six (6) months from May 27, 2008 for all existing independent review centers to tie-up or be integrated with Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) as required under Section 1, Rule XIV of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Executive Order No. 566 is hereby approved.
