NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated December 14, 2010, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 10-12-03-CTA (Re: Expansion of the Court of Tax Appeals [CTA] Staffing Pattern in Accordance with R.A. No. 9282 and the Approved R.A. No. 9503 Creating the CTA Third Division). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated December 6, 2010 of Presiding Justice Ernesto D. Acosta, CTA, respectfully submitting for reconsideration, the revised proposal for the full expansion of the CTA's staffing pattern, in accordance with R.A. No. 9282, expanding the jurisdiction of the CTA and the approved R.A. No. 9503 creating the CTA Third Division.
The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of Special Committee to Review the Plantilla Positions and Salary Grades of Officials and Employees in the Judiciary, to APPROVE the Court of Tax Appeals' Staffing Pattern Modification, to wit: AaSTIH
