CTA ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 01-13
REORGANIZATION OF THE THREE (3) DIVISIONS OF THE COURT OF TAX APPEALS
In view of the appointment of the new Presiding Justice and pursuant to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 1125, as amended by Republic Act No. 9282 and further amended by Republic Act No. 9503; and, in accordance with Section 6, Rule II in relation to Section 1, Rule III of the Internal Rules of the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA), please be guided henceforth by the following composition of the three (3) Divisions of the CTA:
