Execution of Deed of Usufruct with Province of Sarangani
On March 1, 2011, the Supreme Court of the Philippines resolved to accept an offer from Sarangani Province for a parcel of land measuring approximately 1,324.68 square meters to be used as the site for a Hall of Justice. The Court approved the Draft Deed of Usufruct concerning the land and authorized Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez to execute the deed on behalf of the Court. NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated March 1, 2011, which reads as follows: SEIaHT
"A.M. No. 11-3-1-SC (Re: Execution of Deed of Usufruct with Province of Sarangani). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) ACCEPT the offer of Sarangani Province to provide a parcel of land with an approximate area of 1,324.68 square meters, that the Court may use as the site of a Hall of Justice of Sarangani Province;
(b) APPROVE the Draft Deed of Usufruct for the use of a parcel of land owned by the Sarangani Province; and
(c) EXECUTE the Deed of Usufruct by authorizing Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez to sign, for and in behalf of the Court, the aforesaid Deed of Usufruct." Carpio-Morales and Nachura, JJ., on official leave. Brion, Peralta and Bersamin, JJ., on leave. (adv110)
