REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3085
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TUBERCULOSIS PAVILION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Disease Control, a tuberculosis pavilion in the Municipality of Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte. cd
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said pavilion during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
