REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2355
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TUBERCULOSIS PAVILION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUIUAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, a tuberculosis pavilion in the Municipality of Guiuan, Province of Samar, to be known as the Guiuan Tuberculosis Pavilion.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. cdt
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
