Establishment of Trade School in Salvador, Lanao del Norte
Republic Act No. 4440, enacted on June 19, 1965, establishes the Salvador Trade School in Salvador, Lanao del Norte, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education. The law allocates an initial budget of one hundred thousand pesos from the National Treasury for the school's establishment, operation, and maintenance for the fiscal year 1966. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4440
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALVADOR, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a trade school in the Municipality of Salvador, Province of Lanao del Norte, to be known as the Salvador Trade School. casia
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
